BPR - HOW WE SELECT OUR AGENCIES
BPR chooses the collection agencies in its network on the basis of a thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis of their operating history, financial strength, work strategies, personnel, policies and procedures, compliance records and practices, customer service record, and technical and reporting capabilities. Among other things, each agency must document that it complies with the laws that govern the collection industry and that it has updated state licensing throughout the country.Once we accept an agency into the BPR network, we continue to monitor its performance for both collections and compliance on an ongoing basis, periodically performing random audits that can include onsite visits, reviews of actual accounts and monitoring of collection calls. Our quality control practices are an important part of our commitment to ensuring stellar customer service and protecting our clients’ brands.A Win-Win for BPR Clients and AgenciesBPR clients and agency partners alike benefit handsomely from the BPR business model. Clients reap the benefits of a competitive, results-oriented collection system in which each of our agency partners is driven to produce superior returns—and rewarded for doing so. Also, by aggregating the combined purchasing power of many clients under one roof, we are able to generate the size and scale necessary to negotiate favorable agency fees for even our smallest clients, and to ensure that their business is always given top priority by our agency partners. For our clients, this translates into higher gross returns, lower collection costs, and a higher net return that more than offsets the monthly management fee charged by BPR.The BPR business model also benefits our agency partners by ensuring that they receive a high volume of recurring business that is not dependent upon the usual sales and marketing expenses associated with new business development. And, they know that superior performance will always be rewarded with more business. To find out how much you could improve your bottom line, see our calculator at the CFO Corner . |
